IF you have a chance and see this immediately, head up to Finch's Beer Company for some free homebrewing yeast. This is the American Ale yeast strain used to make Golden Wing Blonde Ale. Supplies are limited, but they'll hopefully be giving away yeast until 7pm.
Relax, don't worry, have (and make) a homebrew.
