The brewery ended up not offering Galactic Daisy Cutter to the public last Friday, and the release is now tomorrow, August 19th, at noon. The beer sounds like a giant hazy hop galaxy, distilled into your glass. Surely when you stare into it, your mind will be transported across the galactic chasm to the edges of the universe, where giant hop-like stars pulse...whoa, lost myself for a second there.
