Beejay and Gerrit seem kind of crazy, with a mission statement dedicated to putting weird ingredients in their beer (I support that idea immensely). Beer in point, they once took all the ingredients used to make pastrami, minus the meat (I hope) and made a beer flavored with it (quite good too, I sampled some at the Half Acre Holiday party last December). Looking forward to seeing what they ferment for the public, hopefully by the end of 2011.
