Homebrewing Notes: Metropolitan Dynamo Copper Lager

Metropolitan Brewing Company offered up these homebrewing notes in response to the Dynamo Copper review from yesterday. Breweries don't have to do this kind of thing, but it's a sign of supporting their roots and the community of beer geeks turned homebrewers/brewers. For that, we salute them. These homebrewing notes were delivered by their minion. Must remember to ask Tracy and Doug Hurst how one goes about getting a minion (don't stab me on Saturday, craft beer minion). This will be the first lager I attempt in late September when I've finally got the right setup in place at OMG Beer! Headquarters.
