IPA Fans take note: The Brewing News National IPA Championships

Brewing News, source of all things beer (and publisher of regional brewing newsletters), celebrates March with the delectable India Pale Ale. The Third Round of the Championship tasting event took place in Philadelphia yesterday and the results are now online...

Big Sky IPA from Big Sky Brewing defeated Moylan's NorCal IPA.
Pearl Street Grill's Caskastrophe defeated Gella's No. 24 IPA.
Deschutes Brewery's Inversion IPA defeated Boundary Bay's IPA.
Tyranena Brewing's Bitter Woman IPA (insert your own sexist joke here!) defeated Mad River Brewing's Jamaica Sunset IPA.
Big Dog Brewing's Hop Harvest defeated Clipper City Brewing's Heavy Seas Loose Cannon.
Laurelwood Brewing's Workhorse IPA defeated Hoppin Frog's Hoppin to Heaven IPA.
Rogue's Yellow Snow IPA (better than it sounds apparently) defeated Marin Brewing's IPA.
Blind Tiger Brewery's Top Gun IPA (Goose, what we need is hoppy beers...) defeated Nebraska Brewing's IPA.
