Schneider & Sohn Beer Video for TAPX Mein Nelson Sauvin

Nelson Sauvin is a pretty unique hop variety, often described as having white wine notes to its aroma and flavor, especially tropical fruits, rhubarb, grapefruit. The name itself suggests the grape variety it shares characteristics with, Sauvignon Blanc.
