St. Feuillien Night at Monk's Pub will feature the tripel and the saison. Nice chance to grab one last saison this September. The St. Feuillien (pronounced Foo-yen approximately, by the way) Tripel hides its 8.5 % ABV quite nicely, beyond an array of spices and breadiness, and a hint of fruit. The Saison tends to run in the more modern saison camp; don't think Dupont, but think more citrus, belgian pale ale kind of notes, with a nice, moderate tartness. Both can be very refreshing beers should the sun peak out today.
