February 23rd - TEXAS BBQ and Founders Beer Pairing. 5 beers, 5 delicious examples of Texas BBQ. Armadillo eggs, sausage, brisket, beef ribs, and texas-style peach cobbler. $45. Cornbread and beans as well.
