Chicago: Chef's Table at Fizz, Beer and Food Pairings

Tonight, August 18th.
$25 in advance, $30 at the door.
Fizz - 3220 N. Lincoln Ave

Guests will first receive a Lemon Basil Fizz - muddled lemon and Fizz's rooftop-grown basil, Stoli Citron, St. Germain (elderberry liqueur), and garnished with a lemon and some fresh basil.

Then, Fizz pairs their new beer nosh menu. Three OMG Beer! favorites (Great Lakes Eliot Ness, Metropolitan Dynamo Copper, North Coast Old Stock Ale).

Beer Nibbles: Marcona Almonds, Marinated Almonds, Battered White Cheddar Cheese Curds

Caponata: Chargrilled eggplant & zucchini with vidalia onions, garlic and capers on crusty Falone bread topped with shaved Fontinella cheese
Paired with: Goose Island Sofie

Wild Mushroom Croquette: Roasted wild mushroom duxelle with sea salt brined cabbage in a croquette. Served with roasted beet consume
Paired with: North Coast Old Stock Ale

Savory Chips: Housemade Yukon Gold potato chips with housemade onion dip
Paired with: Bell’s Two Hearted Ale

Sausage and Eggs: Air-cured Smoked Mikowyck sausage served with horseradish deviled egg
Paired with: Great Lakes Elliot Ness

Beer Bread with Butterkase Cheese
Paired with: Metropolitan Dynamo Copper Lager
